I have a four-week-old rosetta Coturnix quail roo with Celadon (blue egg laying) genes. He is from a breeder that has only birds with the Celadon gene, from two different lines, so he should be homozygous for the gene.

He has just started crowing and producing foam. I have handled him every day and he is fairly calm. Asking $5.

I am in the Portland, OR area, and do not ship, so if you are interested you'll need to be close enough to pick up. Send me a PM if you want this lovely guy!

I will have more quail with the Celadon genes available as they mature, including hens. Will update this thread with pics and info as I pick which to let go.

The youngest birds are now sexed! I have three hens and one roo that I am offering up. They are a couple days shy of 7 weeks old and will be available until the weekend. Asking $5 each for the hens and $3 for the roo, or $16 for all four. The hens have begun laying their blue eggs! Pickup just south of Portland, OR only, no shipping.

In the pictures below the hens are the two tuxedos and the dark range with white around the beak. The roo is the one with no white at all and rusty colored cheeks.
