Coturnix with long nails.

Howdy,

My coturnix quail have long nails. They are sharp too... Do I just leave em or do I cut em? Or anything?

If they look uncomfortably long I'd trim them. Just be careful not to take off too much or they'll bleed. You could put a paving stone or similar in their cage to hop up and down on to give them a rough surface to wear the nails down a little.
