cough/hiccup

My hen has had a strange hiccup/cough for about 4 days. The best way to describe it is a hiccup. One day prior she has some clear liquid coming out of her nostrils but it has not been moist since then. It's almost as if she has something caught in her throat, but being new to chicken illnesses, it may be that she is actually coughing. Yesterday there was possibly some slight congestion, but that is gone today. It has been very hot here and I have been supplementing the hens with Electrolytes and following them around with extra water so they don't get dehydrated. The other two hens show no signs of any coughing/hiccupping.
