Coughing or sneezing? Help!

One of my EE’s started making a strange sound, it reminds me of a very soft bark. I’ve watched different videos and think it’s probably a sneeze over a cough. She is acting normal as far as I can tell but I noticed the sound around 4pm today and she wasn’t doing it earlier today around 1pm. I just went to check on her and she is still making that noise. I’m not sure her poop situation put tried to look around the coop and the run when I noticed the noise and again tonight and didn’t see anything out of the ordinary. Our weather has been all over the place we went into a one to two week freeze temps in the teen and twenties to today was 40 and now about 30 for tonight. Our coop has pretty decent ventilation. I just started using a heated waterer because of the temps. My girls are almost 8 months old. Hopefully I gave enough information.

I’m new to chickens and don’t know where to start when it comes to illnesses. Should I look to start treating her with something if it’s not gone by tomorrow? What do I treat with? I have access to Farm and Fleet. If anyone has posts they can tag me in to read more, I’d greatly appreciate that and any advice, knowledge or guidance you can give. Thank you in advance!!

I just checked on marg again and now she seems to be having some problems breathing, she is a little wheezy when she breaths. Less sneezing but she still does it. I’m going to try and upload a video.

He is a video of her breathing and the sneeze, toward the end you can hear a bit of the wheezing. I don’t think she has discharge on her nostrils there was a little wetness by the one but it was pretty low on the beak and I think it was just from the snow.
