How did you get dark ducklings with Pekins?

This morning I went to let the adults out, and lulu stayed on her nest. The other 2 wanted out! Haha. Guess she's taking it more serious now.

I don't remember if I mentioned it, but both my girls are sitting on nests now! Haha. They did all come out today at least. And I see who is queen of the eggs in there lol! Lulu only leaves nibbles with about 6 eggs and she hogs all the rest!

And babies are doing great so far. Growing so fast! 2 already sound like they're having changes in their peeps to raspy quacks!

Yes you did say both girls and at least she lets her have some, share the ducklings stay warmer when hatched. Have you candled any of the eggs to see if there is anyone in there?
