Possibly! I wish that would have happened when we got 6 Dorkings and only one was a hen! Post a picture if you can.
 
Question on Silkies since we are on the subject...

How old are they usually before the roos begin to develop their combs & are there any other ways to tell earlier in silkies?
I have 1 little white Bantum Silkie that my daughter has named Fluff and I'd love to be sure it's a girl (still no comb or color change and it's around 2 months old, give or take a week or so.)

It's just starting to get it's "puff" of fluff on top of it's head & finally has a good covering of juvenile fluff feathers.

Hm...I would definitally say the one you posted is a roo, but I'd bet it's just an early bloomer. Even at this age, silkies are still too young to sex.
