Could I show him, or his offspring?

This is a Roo i rescued today, he is a Production Red (i asked in the breed thread). I was wondering if there was any chance of me showing him in my local livestock fair or breeding him and showing his offspring?

You can show him and his offspring in local fairs, but not at a sanctioned APA show.
