Could I use an aviary as a chicken coop?

That would be fine for your climate. A few people around here use the exact same one. That would be fine for the predators you have up there.

Thanks, it may not be that particular aviary, but if I got one it would be the same size or bigger, and a similar design.

I agree with satay, Darwinchooks.

An aviary is fine. Especially for the predators we normally have in Aus. The only thing is that you normally have to sit them on bricks or something, as the hens will scratch holes underneath the sides.

I have been looking for a second hand one myself for a grow out pen.
