?Could it be a Rooster?

I'm new to Chickens. (2 1/2 Months) My 1 1/2 - 2 year old girls give me 3-4 eggs a day. Lately one of the Girls jumps on the back of another Hen. A friend suggested this is the behavior of a Rooster. She doesn't look like a Rooster except her feet might be bigger than the rest. One of the 4 eggs I collect sometimes has a pinhead sized dot of blood in the white 7 on the yolk. Is it fertilized?

Blood spots in eggs do not indicate fertility.
Please post a picture of your suspected male.
