Could my chicken be molting?

Sorry no pics to show until later this afternoon.

I picked up my 9 month old RIR and noticed her whole underbelly was missing feathers. Nothing looked inflamed, she wasn't pecked at and I saw no bugs, no new feathers popping out. She is just naked.

She still lays me an egg a day, so what could be up with her?

she may getting ready to go broody. I have a few that loose every single feather on their lower chest and under belly when they go broody.

I having kinda the same problem. except mine are losing them on their chest, tips of their wings, and around their bottoms too. if anyone has any advice that would be great
