I just got this young cockrel at the local flea market on saturday. Sense then I have been researching what breed or cross(s) he could be. He is by far the tallest cockrel I have ever had and is taller then my roughly year old Easter enter rooster.while researching I found in my opinion a very simular rooster to my guy and he is said to be a full Norwegian Jearhon. I put a side by side together of the internet bird and my my guy. I'd just like you all's thoughts and opinions on this. I'm also curious to know if anyone is familiar with this breed or know there popularity or how common they are here in the US. This guy came from VA.
* note my cockrel is young spurs have just erupted and his legs are bright yellow, my photo just doesn't show how bright yellow they actually are unfortunately.

Was also told he could be a possible lemon bar.
Buff Orpington roo× barred rock hen.
This rooster was in with several barred rocks.

Maybe? I am not familiar with what the results of that cross would look like. If you got him from a place with those birds in his flock then that might well be.
