I live in California. Could the state I live in actually ban the sale of poultry birds in the future? How would they enforce it especially on Craigslist or hoobly? Also would it be constitutional because poultry for human consumption is allowed. Do I need to worry about this now? Or should I just relax and not panic about the future? I’m worried someday these radicals might take my pet birds away.

As you know, legislators can construe all types of reasons to outlaw activities of citizenry. Even if unconstitutional, it would have to be challenged and courts would have to side wth the challenger.
However, I think you should relax. No one can predict the future. I live by the idea that you shouldn't worry till you have something to worry about.
I actually think a statewide ban in California is unlikely.
NPIP (national poultry improvement program) already bans sale in most states if the fllock from which they came is not declared pullorum-typhoid clean through an annual NPIP blood test.
This has been the case for decades, maybe nearly a century.
It doesn't mean people follow rules though.
