Could she be a pea combed he?

I bought this chick thinking she was a pullet but she’s starting to behave more like a rooster and her face and comb is reddening even though it’s still very small… I actually do need another rooster but before I go buy a new one I wanted to be sure… she kind of makes a noise when she starts eating similar to a rooster but she might’ve just been happy to have been fed, she was clearly picked on in her old flock and is still pecked at a little from my other pullet when she’s too pushy, she’s very nervous but once I touch her she lets me pick her up, not the behavior I’m used too from a rooster… any chance she is a he?

I’ve also found out she has no feathers coming in under her wings in a spot, I don’t think that’s related to being a rooster or a pullet but still found it odd, last picture is her side

She’s two-three months i think ,I hope she is, I plan to get a Pavlovskaya roo

Never heard of that breed… she’s a barnyard mix as far as I know, but buff does seem like some part of what she is
