she will only stand for a few sec then she sets down, her nails had dried feed under them I cleaned them up then noticed this one is straight and pinkish red, and she screamed when I touched it. what can I do to help her?

What do the bottoms of her feet look like? Her toe looks a little red. She may have broken or injured her toe, and there is usually no treatment. How cold is it where you live? Make sure that her bedding is clean, soft and dry.

I have a question since you said you cleaned the foot. Can you explain to me how to clean their feet I notice a few of mines feet are dirty and would like to know what to do or it is normal?

my dog managed to get in with my 4 week old chicks and he chased them, I got him out and when I check on them I have one who isn't walking one leg and her foot looks kind of like this! He didn't get ahold of any of them but I think this one got hurt in the chaos! What do I do??? I can go get her and get a pic of her foot! I'm new to this page so I didn't know how to make my own post!

Looks like she might have injured it, but there's really nothing you can do but to keep the brooder clean and dry with soft bedding, and it will heal with time. As long as she's still walking to get food and water she'll be fine.
andrea2chicken, usually I just get warm water and a wash cloth and wipe the feet off until they're clean. I only clean their feet if I'm checking for an injury though, or if the feathering on their feet is matted.

the bottoms look fine no redness or swelling not bubbled, but shes not eating or drinking as well as I think she should

she just had clumps of stuff under her nails and I got them wet and used my nail to push it off her,

wished I could help you but I'm new as well, I just have my baby separated from her size chicks and hand her feed n water, it's like her foot is just supper sore.
