Could someone shed some light on the breed situation?

and a bantam is not a breed it just means a small chicken, like you can get a full size orpington or you can get a bantam orpington, or there are the breeds that are just bantams like silkies, there are no big silkies only bantam sikies

yep just know that bantams can be a little more flighty that full size chickens, kinda like the little dogs that tend to freak out more than big dogs
