Could the chicks get it?

I got bad news my flock that had the bubbles in there eyes and coughing and sneezing well it has not got any better and plus there has been more bubbles in there eyes............But my question is i have silkie chicks and serama chicks inside my house could the sick flock transfer the diesies to my chickies is there a way to not let the deisies spread is there a way to cure it is there a way to stop it please help all is going down hill.......................................................

You need to use the search function on this site. Have your parents help you. You need to understand how serious this is and how to deal with sick birds without infecting your birds inside the house. Look up all you can regarding BIOSECURITY. And follow the instructions...to...the...letter. This is a serious situation.

You have a big problem, my friend. Bubbling eyes and sneezing points to a respiratory problem. Most chicken respiratory problems can be treated, but render your birds carriers for life. Your entire flock is at risk. I think you need to find out what disease is present in your flock.
