I think this is my free chick from Murray McMurray. They will throw any of the breeds they hatch in as your free chick, Langshan seems to be the most promising option based on their website. It's definitely a cockeral, just not sure about the breed yet. Hopefully, I captured all the important aspects in these pictures. It's a little hard to tell, but he has white wingtips.
