Could this be a Cochin Bantam/RIR Bantam cross??

I have a cochin bantam roo in with 3 bantam cochin hens, and a RIR bantam hen. All hens share a nest and all eggs look the same. all chicks that have came out so far have heavy foot feathering but this one has very little(almost no) foot feathering.

heres another chick that hatched a few days ago. has more foot feathering than the chick above

also if it helps....father is a Partridge cochin bantam. I have two White cochin bantam hens, and one black cochin bantam hen, and the RIR bantam hen. I have two more chicks with foot feathering but they are solid black
