It's a cockerel. Here's my pullet at 8-12 weeks for comparison. The crest is more rounded and barely any waddles.

She did develop them later on. You can see them here at 10 months. But sadly she had to be put down recently. She was a wonderful chicken. Very sweet and calm. So, the roosters probably are too. I just wish I could've had her longer.
