Could this be an Isa Brown?

This is one of the chicks my husband bought back in November and all our chicks were suppose to be RIRs but uh, I don't think this is a RIR, lol. It started out solid in color, the light color, but then developed the darker color. At first it was at the back of the neck then it got bigger then started showing the spots(?). Anyways, this is the best pic I could get at the moment, I can't keep him still, lol. If you need another pic I'll try to take another one asap. THANKS!
