This is my second time posting a tread here, so idk if I’m doing this correctly but,

I have 9 Muscovy ducklings (mom and dad not included) they all seem fine but there’s this one duck that has trouble lifting his wings up, there’s a lot of things that could be wrong, but I’m stuck in between Angel wing or maybe his wings are 2 heavy for him to lift since he’s 2 months old, he’s the biggest in the whole duckling group, so idk if it is angel wing or not.

The images are kinda blurry but hopefully not too hard to see. I can take clearer pictures but that’ll be until tomorrow.

Yeah that is most likely just heavy blood feathers. He should get to where he can hold them right but it takes time. Lifting them and tucking is similar to us using weights. He's getting his muscles in shape to hold those heavy wings. How long has this been going on?
This has been going on for some weeks now, don’t remember exactly but I think 5 4 weeks ago ?.

It wouldn't be normal for him to be tasking 4-5 weeks to get his muscles strong enough to hold them where they should be. Maybe do this take one of your other drakes and examine his wings development open them up and get a good look. Then examine this fellow's wings the same way and see if you notice anything different. At least this way you can know if there is something else going on.
