Im using eggs from chickens and ducks that just started laying. I know they are fertile though...all got nice bullseyes

I'm going to assume that her hatch rates are low? Don't know if it's because the eggs are from new layers. I hatched out 4 of 5 set under my broody. They had been laying about a month or so. The one that didn't hatch had a blood ring.

I've hatched a lot of pullet eggs. Often they're cramped and don't turn to zip well, or are backward. If that's your problem, that's your problem.

But you didn't say what problem you were having...

some old man told me that hatching newly laying hen will not turn in good result but i don't know since i don't hatch any, they're all infertile.

but, there's no harm in trying.
