Could this silkie be a hen?

Looks like a pullet to me, the poof is pretty even and tame aside from a few stray strands. What color is she?
partridge with gold and red. I hatched her/him from catdances flock. This bird will crow several times a day but it sounds pathedict. It is no doubt the wall flower of the flock. Her feathers on her head is definately effecting its vision.Two of the others that I hatched has big poofs too but they also have buldging combs slightly parting the poof. I would think ig it is a roo shouldn't it be somewhat aggressive. It is calmer than any hen I have. This bird will stand in a corner facing it when ever so slightly intemidated.

Eh, if it's truly crowing, it's a cockerel, very unlikely to get a pullet that grows.
