I haven’t found an egg yet but maybe there is one hidden. Everything else about this darn bird screams lady. Ahhh.

Update for everyone: definitely a rooster. I ended up purchasing a pullet and wow the difference. So Rosita has now become Ricky. He’s staying for now because the crowing is to a minimum at this point. And he seems like he will be a good protector of the ladies. Lord knows my Silkie rooster doesn’t have the brain cells to protect them.
