Jo Ann,
I'm right in Galesville and am getting mixed messages if hens are allowed in the city (we technically live in town, but it borders a major dairy operation). The city clerk says, "NO chickens!" but the chief of police says hens are allowed. I see the 2015 show was cancelled due to bird flu, but do you know if the club actively meets otherwise?
