I have 13 24-26 month old hens. All but one has started laying. couple ?s

1) Will such young birds lay all winter and if so will the laying rate drop off and then increase in spring?

2) The one hen or pullet who has yet to lay, are chances good she will lay soon or wait til spring.

3) Finally, I have an EE who had been laying for 3 weeks ( some were good green eggs and some were soft) laid an oddly shaped egg a week ago and hasnt laid an egg since. Is this cause for concern, she appears to be doing fine otherwise.

Thanks for your time, Justin

24-26 months or weeks??

I'm guessing it's weeks since one is not laying yet?
Sometimes first year layers will lay all winter without supplemental lighting, sometimes they will not.

thanks for the replies, i guess its just a wait and see kinda thing for the the winter. and yes i meant weeks sorry for the confusion. I just wanna say that over the past 6 months of starting out with chickens any time I had a question someone on here took the time to give some advice and help me and my girls out, we appreciate it. Thank you.
