Cows?

1000 pounds IS 'medium sized'!
My hubby's ox team of Milking Shorthorn steers weighed about 2900 pounds each, and were taller than I am! With horns!
Dexters are small, as are all those 'lowline' types.
Think hard before you commit to a milking cow or goat; it's a lot of work, with zero time off. The right small cattle can be nice to have...
