Coyote Bite!

Please advise on a coyote bite wound that happened about four hours ago. My three hens (not the TV show) were on my side yard while I was with the dog in front. Sudden shrill squawking and all 3 came running to me. I led them to the run and they all seemed fine, pecking and walking about. I didn't even notice the wound until my wife found a pile of feathers. I later saw the coyote near the run and put them in the coop.
So I got her into an Epsom salt bath for as long as she would tolerate it (less than 5 minutes). Now she is in a crate in the basement with new bedding, water, and food. Please see pics. It looks pretty nasty.
Thanks very much!

I used saline and Bacitracin. I got a good look and can see a clear puncture, pretty deep. I'll continue treating.
Sorry about your hen. You’re doing great. Keep the wound slathered in that ointment at all times so it doesn’t dry out. Keep her inside/away from flies to prevent fly strike this time of year. Do treat for shock quickly if you haven’t already, it can kill faster than a wound can in a lot of cases.
