Coyote proble

this is because most folks will trap one and quit I find when you trap the group you do not see another group move in from 3-8 months if you keep the trapping pressure up a lot of time they do not come back they find hunting that is easier not as dangerous to their health taken at the right time of the year their pelts are salable you get paid for your time

Its just like raccoons, i keep trapping them all around my chicken coops. They just keep on coming, so i keep on trapping/disposing...If i didn't i'd have coons up the ying yang, which would increase there chances of breaking into a coop and killing my food supply, just by there increasd numbers..! You just can't let these predators run amuck around your livestock, that would be very irresponsible...

I found the where the coyotes live what should I do nOw and i forgot how to post

My first batch of 1 year old chickens, 5 total where all killed in one night. I had 3 big holes in the wire and not one bird was left inside. All where taken off. My 3 rabbit's where done the same way months later. I now have 8 new birds and a stronger coop with a locking hen house. I will not let this happen again. I have started shooting every animal that I feel could be a threat to my birds. I have killed coyotes, foxes, raccoons, opossums, skunks and wild cats. Each was trying to figure a way in to my coop.
I recommended being watchful and guard what's yours. Don't let the night time predators dominate.
