No guns here as we have an irresponsible pre-teen in the house. No matter how safe we made it I wont take the risk with him.
No leg traps as I have a young child who plays in the fields during the day, although the hat is tempting
The farm across the street lost a young cow to them last year.
The Dairy farm down the road uses guns/fireworks... they set them off tonight after they left our end of the road.
The farm behind me has all kinds of various animals. They also have guns.
I'm thinking I need a new friend with a gun thats willing to spend the night next month....
I'm done for animals this year... I was hoping for goats next year but maybe I will look into the Llama's or Donkey. I just found the livestock auctions last week, so I have a whole year to plan that one out. For now I am looking for humane options that I myself can do... Our coop is pretty secure and it would take some effort on their part to worry anything open.
