Cracked Beak

I just noticed today that one of my girls has a cracked beak. The tip has broken off and it has cracked up the side. It's not too deep a crack and it up the right side maybe a 1/8 inch.

Is this something to worry about? I know beaks grow. Should I just keep and eye on it or should I file it down?

Yes and pecking away. There is no problem with her eating.

Here's a picture I just took. You can tell that on her right our left there is a piece hanging off that is paler in color. It's not a major crack but enough to question. I feel like i could just pull it off like a hang nail but I don't know if it hurts her?? Maybe I should just let it be and it will take care of itself??
