BYC nor the staff are responsible for anything that happens in this auction and will not get involved in the swaps or individual transactions.
BYC strongly encourages all the swap participants to use the existing BSA system to take advantage of the organization and feedback system. This isn't a "requirement" but is a suggestion for a better run swap.

These birds average 4# for hens and 5# for roos, and if not handled when raised can be as flighty as a Leghorn, but if you raise them well can be super-friendly and wonderful. My stock comes from 2 different breeders and I've been working on the coloring.

If there aren't any current offers for Split/Lav/Orps right now, I'll make an offer for those, too.

I'll offer up 6+ Lavender Orpington project eggs. These will have a Lav roo over Lav and Split/Lav hens. I have been working on type and am very happy with the shape that is rounding out in this latest improvement pen.

I'll also toss in 2 from another Orp project pen that is an exciting project, but I prefer to only discuss it in PMs- suffice it to say these eggs are sure to please, and you will know them from the Splits and Lavs when they hatch.

SO: Offer is for 6+ Splits/Lavs & 2 Color Project Orps.

Opening bid is $20, shipping is a flat $15.

Here is a pic of my latest hatch, and some of some parents. It isn't apparent in the baby pic, but this hatch (over the 4th & 5th) was 6 Lavs to 7 Splits, so you should hatch a great ratio!

They are lovely! Just an FYI to you all, I had my best hen killed last night so I won't be offering any more eggs for a while. Thanks to all of you who have bought from me in the past. I will fill the orders I have up to this point and then I will be hatching for just myself until I get the raccoon situation under control.
