Is anyone interested in bantam leghorn eggs? They are from Corwin Witts line! My hubby picked up 6 hens and a cock bird from the Newport show back in the spring. I do know the brother of my cock placed well but I do not show these birds due to time restrictions, I only show my silkies and showgirls. I would like to get 15.00 for the dozen I currently have plus what is laid today. Shipping would be priority in the medium box which cost about 15.00.
My little rooster. His tail is uaually much more full but he survived a dog attack (the dog grabbed him by the tail feathers and he lost several and broke more).

These guys are dirty as they free range in my yard but are very sweet.
My flock is NPIP tested.

an AIR CONDITIONED COOP? Gee I hope my chickies don't catch wind of this.

Mine are getting AC... a few says ago the temp and heat index was 128 degrees I lost 14 girls that day despite fans, shade ice water and cold watermelon ... so that coop is getting AC so they can go into if they want to...I am not having birds dying trying to stay cool in the shade of my front porch ever again.

128 degrees! I have to tell you I am so thankful

we are not experiencing that right now, but we do reach that at times. We live near the doorway to Death Valley. It really is a challenge and a major consideration for me and all of my livestock.

12+ button quail eggs~~$12 includes shipping
You can see pics of my breeders here

12+ Coturnix quail eggs~~$10 includes shipping
I don't have any 'new' pics of my birds. They are all together in the same pen. I have a pair of english whites, a dark tibetan tuxedo male, a trio of cinnamon (2 boys, 1 girl), 3 brown hens, and 2 golden hens. There are 14 birds in the pen; the rest are rosetta or rosetta tuxedo. I believe one of these is male.
The last hatch I did (I hatch them quite often lately) had 2 whites and 3 cinnamons with some browns, goldens, and rosettas. Total hatch was 14 chicks, I don't set many at a time.

6+ Black Mottled bantam cochin eggs PLUS 3+ silkie eggs~~$18 includes shipping
Cochins:
A black mottled roo with 3 black mottled and 1 red frizzle hens. You can see pics here (first 15 pics are from today)
Silkies:
A black bearded hen and a white non-bearded hen in a pen with a bearded white and a bearded splash roo. You can see pics of the silkies here (first 6 pics plus pic #8 are recent; don't yet have a pic of the black hen)

6+ Black Copper Marans eggs~~$15 includes shipping
I have a broody at the moment, so right now I only have 2 hens laying. 1 is feather-legged, one is not. The roos are also 1 feather-legged and one not. Pics can be seen here of eggs, chicks, and adults

All listings include shipping. I will 'knock off' $4 from each listing after the first if you buy more than one

For example, you want the quail eggs. $12 for the buttons and only $6 for the coturnix! That's $18 total for 24+ eggs! Or you want all the chickens. $16 for the marans, $14 for the silkies and cochins. That's only $30 for 16+ eggs!

Well, it is hot but the eggs just hatch that much faster.

My girls just keep filling my egg basket every day despite the heat , and I am turning the bators off for vacation. The fridge is already full of boiled eggs . Besides, some folks never turn theirs off.
