So today i was in the coop sitting on a small wooden plank and watching the chicks play and frolic around and do chick things. I know their are defiantly two or three young roosters. One of the little manly chicks is a little skiddish but stays by my fingers when i feed him grass clippings, the other little guy is very confident and buff. He really takes after his dad in looks and personality! Their is also one last he/she chick who I thought was a female but today i saw him/her trying to intiminate a roosters crow with a little chick like manner so now i'm a little uncertain of its gender. And this little tale is about the little black and white chick who takes after his dad, I call him Chaotic because of his very proud, bully like attitude.
I was sitting, feeding chicks some grass clippings when Chaotic came up to me and started pecking lightly at my fingernails. I started to go 'aww' at this because of his gentle pecking so i gave him a small petting under his breast, just a quick petting since of his cuteness. And then something really amazed me after that, Chaotic made me laugh until my sides hurt when he started to wobble onto my fingertips while shaking his rump in the process. He then finally placed both of his feet on my fingertips, clutching my two fingers tightly then started to sort of mount my hand, er, fingers. I laughed when he got off my hand then stared at me and my fingers as if to say 'You see that? I just did that.'
I got out of the coop with him at my heels then went inside my house in tears! He was just so proud of his little accomplishment, my mom asked me why was I laughing so bad and I just waved my hand to dismiss the question and went back to my room. Seriously, the little guys are learning WAY too much from their daddy rooster!
got some pics of the chicks, they are a month old by the way!

Here is Cupquake the he/she chick! I really need to change it's name if it turns out to be a boy...
Now this pose of Cupquake's really makes me question her gender.
And here is chaotic! The chick who did the daring move of trying to mount my hand!
Here he is again, trying to peck off some dirt gunk from his foot
Here are some of the other chicks, Chaotic and Nova are to the far right, they are the two positive roosters. Cupquake is on the wooded platform and the two chicks at the bottom are the two girls! There is a other girl but she is away from the shot. 6 chicks in total!
Here is the chicks father! The mother is in the background looking for grubs.

Hope you guys enjoyed my little story of my tiny daring chick!
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
