They are dark too me, I picked the darkest hens and put them with the rooster. I will go and take some pictures and post them. They are great birds and friendly too. I will take some pictures of the eggs too. I know the roo is sexy.....was grabbing every girl he could, before I separated him!! The buff orp and rir was trying to out do each other,...

I wish my Bantam orps would start back to laying...they've stopped being broody but haven't resumed egg laying yet...darn moochers!

I just got my EE's from Siz8003. They are very nice looking and she sent 7 eggs. There are two colors and the eggs are large but not too large. They really are nice eggs. I am putting them in with my own EE's eggs and a couple of Barred Rock eggs. I am now stopping the madness called egg trading. I sent pidgey104 her Barred Rock eggs today and they promised that they would be there by 11:59 Friday the 13th.
I just counted all the eggs in all my incubators and I have a total of 108 eggs. Please stop this madness called hatching. Thanks to all, dave27889
