Crazy Eye!!!

My RIR hen has a crazy eye!! Is this cause for concern???

Wow! The pupil is tiny!!! I'm guessing she has an eye that doesn't dilate properly. Can she see out of it?

Yes she can see out of it, responds to something coming toward it.

Thanks, that's been the answer from a few people as well, I researched it, so just waiting for any other bad signs. The hen is acting completely normal and still laying eggs. So I guess it's a waiting game
