Poo will have color and you'll be making their bodies work harder to get rid of the food coloring from their systems, but you won't dye any body part or non waste product.

Put a cut flower in colored water and you end up with a colored flower. Now put colored water on the roots of the plant making the flowers, and you just have color build up in the soil with regular flowers. A living body as a whole won't change colors if you feed it something with color... some exceptions exist, but often those happen under unhealthy circumstances.

no not yet, i keep forgetting to buy the coloring but i will try to find it at the dollor tree. im gonna put the coloring in my roos pen, so if somthing goes wrong i want be lossing any hens. if it works with the roos, then i will try the hens and hopefully it will color the eggs, or atleast the poop lol
