yeah, this person is paranoid and has issues.

Last month we had a guy buy a golf club, then asked to return it because "the grip doesn't smell right"... How do you argue with a guy who sniffs his clubs?

I do try to understand "different" people and that's ok that they are the way they are. Even here on BYC I read some posts and just say wow and shake my head. Maybe one day I will have the self control and tact of the BYC staff and be able to be polite to everybody.
