Crazy Texas Blue Scale Quail!!!

    Its perfectly legal here in Texas. It'd be cool if the bird was on a quailX-ing sing. I don't know how to tell which is which on the blue scales. I know I've got 5 birds total (breeding age) and (50 4 day old chicks). I hope you can get him tamed and have you a little buddy. Its so awesome to see things like that. bet there very few pics like the ones you taken GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My dad wants me to get some blue quail so that one can have a bud! I heard him calling once this morning, but I haven't heard him again. Does anyone know of a hatchery or breeder etc that I can get just like 12 Blue quail chicks from? thanks!

    Don't worry about feeding him... I bet every store in your town sells WILD bird food, right?? What's the difference between him and another kind of bird [​IMG]
