CRD Question

Im pretty sure I have a hen with CRD. Ive read alot of posts on the symptoms and treatments, the only thing I havent seen is, Does the area (coop & run) hold the germs of this even if the birds are culled??? Is it safe to put new birds in the coop after the others are gone?

If it were me, I'd thoroughly sanitize by using oxine. I'd probably sanitize a week later using oxine again just to be sure, even though it might not be necessary. Then I'd introduce new birds. Did you know you could mist your chickens directly with oxine and it might clear it up in no time? Type in "oxine" in the search box.
