CREAM LEG BAR PULLET?!?!?!?

PLEASE tell me this is a pullet. This is my second shipped hatch (won't do it again because they come to far and the USPS is too hard on them). 24 hours old and it still looks wet. I had to assist hatch again (like last time...with the roo that is now 8 weeks old). Hoping I lucked out and now have a pair?!?!?!?

Sure looks like a pullet to me. Could you post a picture when she is dry, in case we're not seeing things right with the wet down?
