Cream leg bar swollen face

one of my two year old cream leg bar hens has a swollen face around her eyes. It’s also kind of pale and there it a little ball under one eye. I could not get a pic because all my cream legbars Jump the fences and run wild all day. Any ideas what could be wrong with her?

It could be a respiratory disease, a sting, or pecking. Hard ro know without pictures or additional symptoms. Is there any sneezing, watery eye or pus in an eye, or noisy breathing?
