There's also the Fiftyfive Flowery from Sweden, which are an auto-sexing breed. (Not sure if they exist in the US) They carry barring and mottling which makes the roosters almost white while the hens are dark. Here's a thread about them. They are basically auto-sexing Leghorn created by Martin Silverudd using white and brown leghorns.
I'm not entirely sure if B/B barring in combination with mottling causes white roosters on all genetic backgrounds, but it should not be too hard to recreate the barred+mottled combination in other breeds.

Autosexing breeds with the highest degree of accuracy and the easiest to synthesis would be a wild type ( black breasted red) and barred bird. Crele leghorns are autosexing.

Throwing in mottling will also help.
