My CCL chicks are three weeks old now, and the three that I'm fairly certain are males are way behind in the tail department. I just thought this was an interesting difference and was wondering if this pretty much always happens, that the pullets grow out their tail feathers long before the cockerels, or if this might be a random anomaly.

Not the best, but you may be able to see. The silverish individuals are the presumed cockerels.
