I have Cream Legbar eggs for sale.

I will be selling them in half dozen lots. Those are the shipping containers I have and should give the best chance for making it through the mail.

These are very cream birds, I have culled the Creole gold from the breeders for the fall hatch. Of course, creole can happen, but hopefully not.

The cost is 25 bucks including shipping. Shipping cost are around 19 bucks so you are paying about a buck an egg. I have a test hatch in the incubator now and am getting pretty good results. (it appears around 90%)..

No Guarantees on shipped eggs though.. Good luck on the hatch...

BTW I expect the Father and a brother to these eggs to win Best of Breed at the Mn State Poultry show this fall. ( We are hoping to have a Cream Legbar Qualifier there for APA recognition.

I will do that.

I have what I think is a good Cockerel from my Rooster I saved from the freezer camp bus on the day before he was schedule to take the bus ride..

I will try to get a picture of him...

I am having some problems getting a reply from the Mn Poultry people.. I will try harder in the next week or so. If that does not work out I am going to aim for one in Nov.

Are they crested?

Yep..I breed to the proposed SOPs.

They are crested. They have a nice cream color.

It took a couple years to get the cream I wanted and the creole isolated to it's own line.

I also have a pretty darn nice line of whites too now. Given time you can do anything!

This would be a full brother to the ones I have hatching now...

I will show you the Dad but no laughing...He has one eye (One eyed Jack) is his name, he has a small cyst on one toe that is hard and will not drain. His comb has been winter dubbed...

BUT he makes great babies!

I know his Breast/keel needs to fill out some, but he is very young. I have 3 months before I show him and he is eating Game Bird starter almost exclusively between now and then... I expect to win Best of Variety with him...BUT I know someone else that thinks she will be winning that..I feel sorry for her..

I can find some hen pictures if you want, but I think the Brother/son ones tell the story.
