So when you breed the CCL rooster with BR hen, are they then considered Easter Eggers? I have CCL rooster and 2 BR hens together (along with my 2 CCL hens.)

Know what? I would really like to see some pictures of older CL -- way older -- like those 3-years and above -- anyone have them?
How many have had the breed for that long? Do you still have your 'originals?' I know that some folks do. It would be very interesting to see how they age...what changes etc.
BTW - the Newsletter for the Cream Legbar Club is in the 'Clubhouse' - under publications -- look for Vol 3 No 1 -- 2015's first publication is there, along with the archives of old newsletters from the Club. Thanks to Carol Flaming the new editor...hats off.

My oldest CL are about 2 1/2. Most of the early ones I lost to a single coyote attack…happy to report today was a good day, all made it back into their coop tonight.
New here...new to CCLs also. Didn't really plan on them, but came into a small group of hens and a roo. I would like to have your opinions on these animals. Did I do okay? Sorry, they are a little dusty from pest treatment just before pickup, and riding in the truck for a few hours. They still laid an egg when we got home! Thanks in advance for any comments and suggestions.

Looks like a lot of us got sent the Ovation Congrats. Mr. Ludlow apparently gets a kick out of statistics! Nice of him to give us a notice!
