Cream Legbars

I've been reading along and enjoying everyone's posts. I don't feel like I have a lot to contribute yet...but I do feel like I am gaining a better understanding of CLs. I love seeing all the pictures so that I can compare and contrast.

I took these pictures of my 12 week old cockerel and the two pullets I have. I think he looks pretty good. I like his comb, he has a small crest. I think he has a pretty good body shape other than his tail angle might be a little off. His color is okay. I think he has more chestnut than is desired. Anyone have any thoughts about him?

Of the two 12 wk old pullets one is gold and the other is cream. You can see most of them in the third pic I just posted. And more of them in this picture. I am happy that the one is cream at least.

Here is a pic of them with the two 9 wk old pullets as well. I am not sure if they are going to be cream or not. I am hopeful that one is and I am undecided on the other.

Thanks for any comments!

Well, I'm happy to get props regardless of expertise

I'm just learning too. But I would say your rooster has a nice level back. The tail is a little upright at the moment, but that may change as he matures. For 12 weeks he appears to have good substance.
Good, level wing carriage.
He is not nearly as colorful as my 3 boys were, so I wouldn't worry too much about his color yet ( though they do get a little more as they finish out).

Your group looking pretty good. I have 13 cockerels and 5 pullets 3 months old. There is only 1 cream and the rest are gold pullets. The cream is smaller than gold. I hope they are good laying. What is the best angle of the tail does everyone after?

I actually find that the tail angles tend to get higher as they mature, in my limited experience.

Eta you are shooting for a 45° tail angle according to the British standard and proposed us standard.
