I would think it should be more well defined but have seen some ones like this be hens. The early wing feathers are also a bit confusing here too. Males usually come in light with more defined barring females a bit darker. Ill let one of the other experts weigh in. Not sure its clearly autosexing like it should.
 
Thankyou I was confused myself as I was told it was a hen but it's my first time keeping chicks or chickens at all it's kept with two white leghorns at the moment and it seems to be the greedier chick
 
@littleelf85 The chick you have posted doesn't resemble a typical Cream Legbar pullet. If it is a purebred CL you likely have a male since it is lighter in color and the head stripe is not defined. You might possibly have a mixed CL also which might be why the markings are muddied, or maybe the line you got them from is losing its auto sexing feature.
