My Ebay eggs got here yesterday!! I was thrilled to see that not one had broken. I candled them to find that there were no cracks but four of the six had detached air cells. This morning all but one had reattached!! Aren't they purdy?!?



Hubby got me a Brinsea for Mothers Day (LOVE HIM!) so wish me luck!!

Never hurts to have a spare . Something could happen to 1 by next year .

They are still very young so growing them out would be encouraged. The one on the right seems to have some spots of color on the plumage that could mean he will grow out with some gold tones but time will tell. It will be interesting to see how they mature and what happens with the barring also.

Unfortunately I didn't end up with as many pullets as I had planned, so I worry about that causing problems.. Unless I can find a breeder near me, then I'll just have to buy more =)
