Yes.. the issue with that its these extra melanizers will also show on Females breast and crests.. thats why I have been saying for years that the SOP as its worded calls for "Male" Breeding lines(melanized females not been shown but used to produced Melanized males) and "Female" breeding lines(undermelanized males used to produce females, these males would be your crele Patern birds)If I understand you correctly, part of the correct melanization appears as grey barring in the hackles and saddle feathers, in addition to any cream barring in those locations...?
